The room is nice but not so spacious,the bathroom can be cleaned more , it was a bit dusty.Ac and tv were working.electric kettle was also there .good for night life and the staff was nice and friendly

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was small but very clean. Good value for money. Located right on the street food market, great for easy access to food. If you are a light sleeper may want to ask for a room that does not look out onto the street.

The hotel is located right in the heqrt if Jalan Alor, the street food heaven area near Bukut Bintang street. MRT is just 2 mins walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is clean and confortable and most importantly is not noisy. The only down side of the hotel is that it does not have any escalator or lift. The reception is on the first foor, qnd the rooms are on second and third floor. If you have large suitcases, will be a challenge to climb up the stairs. Overall, is very good budget hotel and good for short stays.

This hotel is just perfect for the great price that offers. It´s new so everything in very good condition and really clean. The staff helps you in everything and give you good tips to visit the city and the street where is located is one of the must-haves of KL!

Отель, если это можно так назвать,находится в подворотне самой мерзкой и грязной улицы города. Так вот, еще до вселения, нас попросили подтвердить бронь,и так как мы летели из Таиланда,то могли общаться только ватсап и писать на майл, о чем было сообщено администрации при бронировании. Так вот бронь мы подтвердили 3 раза ватсап и 2 раза на мыло, и что вы думаете,они нам пишут через 4 часа, когда мы были на посадке,"если вы нам не перезвоните ваша бронь снимается". Хорошо есть знакомая в Куала, связались с ней и она подтвердила бронь. Мы приехали и поднялись на рецепшн, где нам было сказано манагером, что это наши проблемы со звонками и они не обязаны проверять из за нас почты и ватсап. Мы очень удивились( Я пошел посмотреть номер и там вообще очумел,клетка 2 на 3 в которой стоит кровать,нет окон,ни одного стакана,два засратых полотенца, древний прикроватный столик, а ля плазма с местным каналом и курящие из всех номеров соседи,ни одной розетки с евроразъемом нет.Да и сам манагер курит кальян на рецепшне. Плюсом к оплате и налогу с нас взяли депозит 50 местных рингит(за чтооо?за помойку!) Больше писать ничего не хочу,бегите от этой помойки. Администрации надо бы удалить их и быть внимательнее к выбору размещаемых мест проживания людей!
